How to Send Money From PayMaya to Smart Padala

1. Ask for the 16-digit account number of your Smart Padala agent ​
2. Tap "Send Money" on your PayMaya app ​
3. Enter the 16-digit account number of your Smart Padala agent on the mobile/account number field ​
4. Input the amount and click "Continue" ​
5. Check the transaction details then click "Send" ​
6. To claim the money sent to you, make sure the Smart Padala agent store is open and bring 1 valid ID, mobile phone and reference number as proof of transaction

*1.5% of the transaction amount will be charged to the sender


Send Money from PayMaya to a bank

1. Log in to your PayMaya account. 
2. Tap “Bank Transfer” in the Home screen. 
3. Select the partner bank from the list and input amount. 
4. Input Recipient Details. 
5. Tap “Continue.” 
6. Review your Send Money transaction details. 
7. Tap “Send.” 
8. Wait for PayMaya’s confirmation via SMS. 

How to Send Money From PayMaya to Palawan Pawnshop

1. Log-in to your PayMaya app
2. Tap “Send Money”
3. Enter the 16-digit account number the Palawan Pawnshop agent you will be sending the money to in the mobile/account number field
4. Enter the amount you wish to send and click “Continue”
5. Check the transaction details and tap “Send”
6. Wait for the SMS confirmation and provide the reference number of the transaction to your target beneficiary
7. Make sure to look for the Palawan Pawnshop logo.

Note: Use the official Palawan Pawnshop account number assigned to the location of your beneficiary:
⬤ Luzon: 5577 5194 0831 6108
⬤ Visayas: 5577 5194 0831 3105
⬤ Mindanao: 5577 5194 0831 0101

*1.5% of the transaction amount will be charged to the sender.

*Make sure your beneficiary waits at least two hours after confirmation before he/she claims the remittance.

*Service is only available in Palawan Pawnshop and Palawan Express Pera Padala branches (authorized agents excluded). Send Money to another PayMaya account.

1. Log in to your PayMaya account. 
2. Tap “Send Money.” 
3. Key in the recipient’s mobile number. If it’s saved in your phone contact list, just press the + sign to search the number.   
4. Input the amount to send.  
5. Tap “Continue.”  
6. Review your Send Money transaction details.  
7. Tap “Send.”  
8. Wait for PayMaya’s confirmation via SMS.

Pay your bills through PayMaya

1. Select “Pay Bills” on the homepage of the PayMaya app
2. Choose the biller
3. Input the required information
4. Enter the amount to be paid
5. Confirm the payment
6. Wait for PayMaya’s confirmation on your payment via SMS
7. Remember: Pay your bills on or before the due date to avoid any inconvenience.

Buy Load through PayMaya

1. Tap “More” on the app homepage
2. Click on “Shop”
3. Go to “Mobile” (for Android) or “Load” (for iOS)
4. Choose the desired load denomination or package
5. Enter your mobile number and you may also add a message then tap “Continue”
6. Tap “Buy”

Send Load to others

1. Tap “More” on the home page
2. Click on “Shop”
3. Go to “Mobile” (for Android) or “Load” (for iOS)
4. Choose your load
5. Toggle Send as Gift button
6. Enter the recipient’s mobile number
7. You may also add a message below the recipient’s number
8. Tap "Continue"
9. Verify your load purchase details
10. Tap "Buy"
11. Wait for load purchase confirmation

Buy Data Packages through PayMaya

1. Tap “More” on the app homepage
2. Click on “Shop”
3. Go to “Mobile” (for Android) or “Load” (for iOS)
4. Choose the desired data packages denomination or package
5. Enter your mobile number and you may also add a message then tap “Continue”
6. Tap “Buy”

Send data packages to others

1. Tap “More” on the home page
2. Click on “Shop”
3. Go to “Mobile” (for Android) or “Load” (for iOS)
4. Choose your data packages
5. Toggle Send as Gift button
6. Enter the recipient’s mobile number
7. You may also add a message below the recipient’s number
8. Tap "Continue"
9. Verify your data packages details
10. Tap "Buy"
11. Wait for data package purchase confirmation

Here are the steps on how to #ScanToPay with PayMaya QR at partner merchant stores:

1. Through a Static QR display
2. Tap “Scan To Pay” at the bottom part of the home screen of your PayMaya app
3. Scan the merchant’s QR code
4. The merchant name will be reflected in your screen, where you can input the amount  
5. Click “Send Payment” or “Pay”
6. You will receive a confirmation message in the app and via SMS for your successful transaction
7. Present the confirmation message to the merchant

Via the PayMaya One device

1. The cashier will enter your transaction amount in the PayMaya One device
2. Tap “Scan To Pay” at the bottom part of the home screen of your PayMaya app 
3. Scan the merchant’s QR code displayed in the PayMaya One device
4. The merchant name and total amount to be paid will be reflected in your screen 
5. Click “Send Payment” or “Pay”
6. You will receive a confirmation message in the app and via SMS for your successful transaction 
7. Present the confirmation message to the merchant
